Roberto has almost 30 years of extensive residential and commercial landscaping experience ranging from lawn and plant maintenance to masonry to garden and hardscape design. Roberto’s career has also focused on leading lawn maintenance and snow removal crews at large commercial properties as well as overseeing the turf maintenance at golf courses and construction of baseball fields. Roberto focuses on meeting with new customers, supervising projects, training crew members, and managing vehicles & equipment.  Roberto is also an avid soccer player and can often be found playing in the adult leagues at Teamworks in Acton.

Abby has 13 years of experience in the landscape industry and 13 years experience in property management and real estate. Much of this experience is grounded in customer service.  Abby has a desire to create and maintain a successful business making sure every client is happy.  Abby focuses on customer communication, meeting with new customers, creating designs and proposals, scheduling, overseeing projects, and managing the administrative side of the business.  Although she is not actively helping real estate clients she continues to hold a MA salesperson real estate license and welcomes the opportunity to refer people to other exceptional real estate agents.

Mark, at his young age, already has 10 years of experience in the landscape industry with his expertise ranging from plant design, maintenance, and installation to landscape maintenance to commercial snow management.  Mark has a strong desire to help each crew member achieve their greatest potential and is always willing to take on that teaching role.  Mark’s focus is on meeting with customers, preparing designs and estimates, supervising projects, and managing inventory.  His computer software knowledge along with his equipment and vehicle knowledge are just some of his skills.   There are very few things that Mark does not know how to do.

Ginna has a wide range of experience and education from office management to a variety of areas in the legal industry.  Ginna focuses on all the accounting for the business, administrative-type duties, keeping all our projects organized, and general support to Abby, Roberto, and Mark.  Ginna is extremely efficient at what she does and always has a fun and positive attitude.  Ginna is currently a 2nd degree brown belt in Karate and striving for her black belt.

Sarah has about 6 years of experience in the landscape industry and more than double that in the property management industry.  She has been with Superior for 6 years now and is currently in a part time role.  Sarah’s focus is on project support, material selection, material ordering, marketing, and general administrative support for anything that Abby, Mark, or Roberto may need help with.  Sarah’s other focus is her little girl (5 yrs) and little boy (1 yr).

Some of our field crew members have been with us for 5-7 years and others have been with us for 1-2 years.  All have experience in and enjoy different areas of the industry.  Some focus more on stonework and drainage projects while others focus more on maintenance and plants.  Although each of our field crew members have different expertise and levels of experience, all of them are friendly, have a positive attitude, and are always willing to help.  We are grateful for their hard work every day.
